UP protein porridge is instant and quick to prepare, it has a high content of whey protein (WPC). It will provide you and your sports-loving children with plenty of energy and building blocks after training or before a hard day of sports, work or school. INGREDIENTS: instant wheat semolina 50%, whey protein concentrate (WPC) 16%, whole milk powder, dextrose, reduced fat Dutch cocoa, natural flavor: (contains almonds), thickener: carboxymethylcellulose sodium, sweetener: sucralose, anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide

DIRECTIONS FOR USE: Pour 2 scoops (60 grams of the mixture) over 250 ml of hot water or milk and stir well, let stand for 5 minutes. Choose the number of servings according to individual needs.
