INGREDIENTS: Rice flour, vegetable capsule (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose), anti-caking agent: magnesium stearate, Vitamin D (cholecalciferol), Vitamin K2 (menaquinone – MK-7).
RECOMMENDED DAILY DOSAGE AND INSTRUCTIONS: Take 1 capsule with sufficient water every other day, preferably with food.
